Celebrate July 4 – and the return of our first Sunday Fellowship Lunch! We will serve sandwiches, chips and fruit, and there will be a Photo Booth available so your family can take some fun photos for our new directory (coming soon!). Immediately following the worship service.
Each season we focus on a specific items needed for the homeless ministries we host at Gethsemane. For the summer months our focus is on items to help “beat the heat,” since our homeless friends spend most of their time outdoors.
July Focus Items:
8- or 12-oz cans of insect repellent
Small Sleeves of Gatorade or Propel Powder
Cooling Towels to put around necks
Other Items needed for summer:
*Small spray bottles for misting
*Bottled water
*Gatorade bottles
*Icy Pops
(the kind you buy at room temp then freeze)
We continue to need:
*Pre-packaged foods

*Sleeping bags
Please read the following information about our policies for in-person worship:
*We encourage you to be vaccinated
*We will not require masks for those who are fully vaccinated, but you are welcome to continue to wear one at your discretion.
*We will ask that those who are are not vaccinated to please be considerate of all, including our children who have not been allowed to be vaccinated yet, and wear a mask.
*We will encourage you to use hand sanitizer as much as possible.
